Color and twinkle to be boxed away

I love to decorate the house for the holidays.  I enjoy so many holidays I tend to think of them as being End of Year holidays.  The dark, the light, the twinkle factor.

It's a chance to incorporate scenes of weather I love, but don't want to live in on a daily basis.  

Snow is lovely, slush and sleet, not so much.

There is something related to fantasy thinking involved here.  

I give myself permission to fill the house with all sorts of images and plants.  It was really cool to find the Hannukah Snowman.  Thought he balcanced nicely with this image of La Virgen.

Time to get back to the day to day.  Back they all go in boxes, nooks and crannies.
