Reminders of Two Great Equalizers

Reminders can come fast and furious, especially after a big event.  I think we're a little more sensitive because our emotions have been brought to the surface.

I had to lean back against the escalator to get the photo of the Hummer.  It's not clear, but the number for this service is 1-800-autopsy and there is a bit of signage that reads "El Muerto".

Walked past the vehicle on my way to  lunch with friends Chuy, David, and Luis at Phillipe, the Original.  It was so crowded and so wonderfully diverse I had to stop and take another photo.  Had to lean back for this one, too.

Had a grand time with the guys, including an impromptu rendition of the Dr. Ross' Dog Food jingle, complete with the final "woof" punctuation.  The young people nearby applauded.

Tempus fugit.  Good to be reminded that it's good to have fun as it's flying by, who knows when you might need to look for the 1-800 number.
