Who knew?

What a day this has been. Began with a meeting with discussion about community schools. What does that mean in any city? Who should be involved in the planning of what it should look like? How does that work? And on, and on, and on...fried brain time.
Work day ended with more questions - all related to a presentation on the Michael White Adobe that will be presented before the San Marino Unified School District next Monday. Who will speak? How much is enough, but not too much, to share with the school board? Should the adobe image be a watermark?
All interesting questions but the middle of the day was filled with the best questions. In reviewing a photo album that belonged to Eva Scott Fenyes - I read that she was related via marriage to descendants of Eulalia Perez de Guillen de Marine. How is that possible? Is that why Eva has a section of images on "Old Mission Families"? Was it proximity that piqued her curiosity or was it a matter of her trying to figure out who was related to whom? Were they related by blood, by land, or by religion?
I don't know, but I'm pretty sure the answer will certainly lead to another question.

  1. You're a bloggin' fool! I can't keep up with you.

    Look who's talking.

Surely the folks at the PMH can help you answer these questions. They know all about Eva.

  2. They have so much information about Eva that it can be hard to keep track of it all. I can see I need to do a follow up post.
