Today is the day.

People will begin to arrive at 3:00 for set up. Food Preparation Committee arrives at that time, too. The folks who are helping with serving, registrations, drinks, and decorations will arrive at various times until 4:30.

The dance instructor will arrive and then the magic hour will begin at 5:00 - the dance lesson begins.

At 6:00 the motion of those serving hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will join the dancers energy on the floor which will stop at 6:45 when we recognize those involved with the Danzon.

And we'll reflect on the work and vision of Sergio de Karlo and Danny Castro, Sr. Then CAVA will take us into our last hour with a musical performance that will be stellar.

As fundraisers go, it will be an intimate event. But then intimacy can be most meaningful and special for those involved in the exchange.
