What was inside?

Seen on a truck at the intersection of Washington and Fair Oaks.

I did, tried to look it up, and found nothing on the internet that matched this.  

Maybe you can be a detective and find it.

    But they don't seem to have a website of their own. As usual, Yelp gives the worst review.
