Definitely not the Monday morning gig

Sometimes the picture tells the tale, and sometimes the tale is the story that can't be seen. That certainly is the case here.

The fine musicians here are all teachers in the Pasadena Unified School District. Their performance on Friday night certainly made untrue those who can't teach. They not only can play, they can teach. And teach well as was evidenced by the student performances that same night.

It will be a shame to lose any of their talents in our school district. But, as of this date, three of these musician/teachers received pink slips and will be working elsewhere come the fall. In the meantime I know that they will continue to have their talents shine, on the stage and in the classroom.
